Joescher’s exploration in the advertising industry since 2002 stirred his passion to brand the world with love. Thus, the journey of Joescher+Adhaus (formerly named CC+J) in 2006 began. His exposure to outstanding training platforms such as The One Academy, LimKokWing University, 95% Advertising Academy, AWARDS School, Ogilvy & Mather as well as Naga DDB, made him highly committed in creating world-class works.
Joescher has now worked with more than 100 local and international brands over 22 industries, including Sime Darby Convention Centre, Castrol, Hills Science Plan, Mitsui O.S.K Lines and Station One Leisure Café, to name a few.
He established Joescher+Adhaus just like a home where everyone can express their talents and skills without being judged but recognised and enhanced. Spotting people’s strength and helping them maximise it is his gift. He also loves playing guitar and sings enjoyably in the office almost everyday.
After earning honours degree in Multimedia Design from Northumbria University in the U.K., Teh started handling comprehensive web projects for brands such as Maxis, Prudential, ING, Streamyx and Mitsui O.S.K. Lines. Driven by a disciplined balance of creativity and functionality, his web work propelled him to three consecutive Joescher +Adhaus Catalyst Awards in 2007, 2008 and 2009.
From a web designer, Teh moved on to head the interactive team and subsequently Project Management where he handled key accounts, planning and strategy. Such adeptness and 100% dedication made him a Partner of Joescher+Adhaus in March 2010. He is also a master in designing, which sets our high standard in creating exceptional works.
Teh’s craftsmanship does not end in the workplace. He’s also a master in cooking and collecting and assembling car miniatures of various models, which require attention to details. He’s truly passionate in making things perfectly beautiful.
As the video director of Joescher+Adhaus, Kevin is responsible for all our film productions from planning locations, shots, pacing as well as overseeing the cinematography and technical aspects of the videos while ensuring that deadlines are met.
Kevin graduated from the School of Audio Engineering. He also earned bachelor of Arts in Creative Multimedia. With more than 15 years of video and sound production expertise, he has now worked with several brands such as CIMB, The Comedy Club, 1AM Album Launch and more.
He created a custom of every new joined Jowish to learn how to make a coffee. Apart from being an ultimate coffee lover, he is a passionate rock star and songwriter. He has composed numerous songs, which are now played in the church and sold in ITunes too!
Chee Chiaw co-founded CC+J Adhaus in 2006. He was previously involved in developing creative branding solutions for various brands in diverse industries.
He then joined 95% The Advertising Academy after he left CC+J in 2009. He was appointed as Head of Creative and engaged in trainings for advertising students and agencies. During his time in 95%, he conducted talks and workshops in colleges and universities such as LimKokWing University of Creative Technology, MMU, Taylor’s College, Segi College and Saito College on the topics of creativity and advertising.
Today, Chee Chiaw is the Strategic Planning Director of Joescher+Adhaus. Furthermore, he serves as an independent strategy and creative consultant to several companies.
He is also an avid enthusiast of movies, coffee, crime fictions, investments, fishing, board games, traveling, gardening and Jesus Christ.
Max was awarded as the Best in Graphic Design upon his graduation from LimKokWing University. He was also selected as a student designer for Nokia project in OgilvyOne Worldwide Malaysia 2005, which made him an OgilvyOne intern afterwards.
In addition to Max’s design skills, he’s also trained in project management for 3 years before joining Joescher+Adhaus. Due to his high commitment and capabilities, from Content Designer, he advanced to Brand Manager. Making a difference in the advertising/design industry through sharing the truth is his passion to brand the world with love.
Together with his wife Faith, they love hanging out with campus students. They are heavily involved in campus students’ life to raise influential leaders among the generation. He strongly believes in “Change the Campus, Change the World.”
Prior to entering the advertising industry, Edison has won numerous creative work awards that made him convinced of exploring designing. After earning his diploma of Industrial Design, he started his professional graphic design career in 2008. When he was a kid, he’s
already a fan of famous brands’ ads, and he believes that creating one that inspires even the youth until they grow through positive contents is his role to brand the world with love.
Edison not only won creative awards but combat sports too. He’s a professional muay thai and kick boxer who has fought locally and internationally winning championships. It is what he loves to do and makes him fear nothing.
Coming from a strong background in the sales and marketing industry for 7 years, Ivan is well-trained and exposed in creating long-term relationship with the clients. And this is what he applies to building brands through online marketing. He believes that social media is a very powerful tool to influence people’s perception and aspires to brand the world with love through spreading truthful and positive contents online.
Ivan loves to play games, either sports, video, board or even childhood games. For him, games challenge him to think differently and teach him how to be a better team player.
Being a graduate of Bachelors Degree of Tourism, Hotel Travel Industry Management, Coney has a strong background in working closely with people. She has worked with few international brands before joining Joescher Adhaus such as Dell, Jollibee, Shipserv and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
Her working experience with Four Seasons Resort, Maldives for almost 3 years, made her exposed to different nationalities. It has taught her to understand and learn insights from diverse cultures, which became her advantage as she later moved to the advertising industry.
Coney delights in writing. Combining her consumer insights’ knowledge with the passion to write truthfully and positively is her advent to brand the world with love. She also loves to travel and desires to explore Europe. Besides cities, the beach is always a perfect holiday destination for her. And her ultimate dream is to be a travel writer.
Jossie is a graduate of Multimedia Design from The One Academy. She’s part of our creative team who mainly contributes in graphic and web designing, interactive as well as video & sound editing. Jossie has a great passion in creating beautiful works and thinks that this is her role in branding the world with love.
Jossie’s a travel and photography lover. She’s also a running gung ho who enjoys this sport more than anything else. She constantly challenges herself in athletic achievements too. Because of her contagious enthusiasm in running, she made every one of us participate in marathon!
Wen Li is a graduate of Multimedia Design from The One Academy. She’s part of our creative team who mainly contributes in designing, web development & scripting as well as video development. Wen Li believes that creating designs that inspires and motivates others can bring an impact in branding the world with love.
Being an avid fan of gaming, she’s always inspired on how the game’s story is created such as having the twist in the game or even a mixture of real history. It widens her thinking in different ways. If there is someone, we can ask on the latest game, it would always be her, she’s like our walking game appstore!
